Who We Are
We are a dual registered nursing home, providing comfortable homely accomodation for people suffering from dementia and mental health problems. Our aims are to encourage and support people to live as independently as possible in a warm, safe and friendly environment.
We have a team of highly qualified nursing and care staff who are here to support you and your loved one. We believe life is for living and we hope whilst you’re with us you will feel comforted and supported.

Our Care
Tudor Bank Nursing Home has consistently achieved five star quality and excellent rating from the Care Quality Commission.
The home provides a high standard of nursing care, including respite and palliative care. We are presently one of the few nursing homes for dementia care participating in the Gold Standard Framework (this is a government initiative which seeks to provide a gold standard of care for all people nearing the end of life). Tudor Bank is aiming towards this accreditation.

We believe that those in our care deserve the very best and this includes stimulation, activity, choices and opportunities for personal fulfillment whatever the age or disability.
There are numerous opportunities throughout the week to take part in the activities offered, whether it’s a stroll into town for a coffee, a trip to the Lakes, a personal one to one with our activities coordinator, a sing along, surfing the Internet or for the most adventurous a play on the Nintendo Wii. We are here to help you get the most out of life.
